This is why we get unique results

We use OKRs like no one else.

OKR+ is our unique way to implement and use Objectives and Key Results. Communicate strategy, purpose, values, and mission at every check-in meeting. See the results in our case studies.

Our Mission

We exist to give your workforce a new meaning to work, one OKR at a time.

Objectives and Key Results is a goal-setting framework used by organisations to define measurable goals and track their outcomes.

Keeping your teams focused on what really matters is always a challenge. When properly used, OKRs will constantly align everyone’s efforts towards the most important goals.

One Framework, Many Benefits

1

Engagement

Clarity of purpose, bottom-up planning and weekly follow-ups produce dramatic increases in workforce engagement.

2

Alignment

Your company goals will be built aligned to your strategy. Weekly check-in meetings assure that efforts are applied in the direction of your strategic goals.

3

Measurable progress

Management by OKRs creates a focus on the measurement of results towards your most important goals.

Frequent questions

Many organisations see surprising results in the first quarter of OKR use. But the first months are mostly of learning and adjusting the framework to suit the needs of your organisation. In general, it takes a whole year to reach maturity in the use of OKRs.

OKRs are very simple, but the implementation requires that a number of principles and disciplines are followed. When they are neglected, the expected results don´t happen and usually, the project is abandoned. To avoid it, the recommendation is to have experienced mentors guiding the process.

This is a common misconception. Although OKRs are part of the planning process, they are not a framework to write a plan, but to establish what you want to achieve and how you are going to measure progress. You then build your plan using Project Management, Tasks, Kanban or any other methodology.

Although OKRs were created by INTEL and became popular through tech companies like Google, they are a general framework to communicate priorities and follow-up goals. We have used OKRs successfully with governments, charities and businesses of all kinds and sizes.

Sabrina Baes

Planning Director, MPMS

“OKRs are helping us to remember that our primary work is not to cross-check tasks but to produce outcomes aligned to our purpose. The framework reminds us of the connection between our organisation’s purpose and daily work. So, it is not just our actions being changed. Our hearts are being touched.”

Dr Paulo Ishikawa

Head of Strategic Planning and Management, MPMS

“OKRs transformed our teams into a big family. We are seeing the best coming out of our workforce. Of course, it is still tiny steps towards outstanding achievements, but we are all thrilled with the first results.”
